Assessment Interview

Our process begins with a complimentary in-home "assessment interview".The owner of the company will meet with you and your family at your convenience. We begin the complimentary, no obligation interview process by discussing the specific needs of you or your loved one, as well as educating you on all the services available to you and your family.

Care Plan Strategy & Caregiver Selection

After the Assessment Interview, we'll work to select one of our professional caregivers who's a perfect fit for your loved one. Our caregivers' experience, skill set and personality type are kept on file and we use this information to ensure a compatible match.

Service Implementation

Once we have found a good caregiver match, services will commence (usually within a few days of the initial assessment). A representative from Elizabeth"s Elder Care will contact you to confirm the caregiver and service start date.

On going follow-up

We are experienced and dedicated to delivering quality and compassionate care. Our Senior Care Consultant oversees our Caregivers, and visits your loved one on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the care plan. If there is an emergency or scheduling issue, we have someone on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can handle the situation. We also have a continuous supply of excellent caregivers who are ready in case your caregiver falls ill or has an emergency.
